That figure with Black Widow just doesn't look authentic to me though, too simple, too small, all plastic.

Like the sculpt but damn...that wig.

Maybe the hair will look better in hand ... but yeah, right now it's awful. I like the sculpt but that hair makes her look so cheap. No way I'm getting her just to fiddle with that hair for hours to make it somehow presentable.

I remember the A1 widow had the curling hair out of the box and it looks great. Didn't need to do anything. From what we saw from IW trailer...her hair is straight down so I don't any hope. Lol

I still cannot decide whether I should go for civil war version + infinity war base or infinity war version + civil war headsculpt. There are not many civil war headsculpts left on eBay as well.

Looks like they could be using forced-perspective with a 6" figure or something, right? Doesn't look detailed enough for HT or 1/6th.

I would love to learn that HT is in fact making Glaive (and Maw) though.

Could be. I’m not sure. It’s so hard to tell them things are so out of focus. Hot toys has not used anything other then in scale profits or production stuff in photos far as I can recall. Definitely looks odd though.

I also found the skinny arms on Glaive odd, but since there aren't any 6 inch figures of him available on the market (let alone announced) yet, I'm guessing it's a probably a very rough HT prototype.

I think they used a Sideshow Threepio in the background for some release photos some time ago, but I have no idea where to look.

But you're right, it would be very odd for them to use another company's figure in their own shots, especially if that was some 12" Hasbro unreleased figure or something they got ahold of.

Well that's $220 I saved.....maybe to put towards Glaive. He's of more interest to me at the moment. Although Black Dwarf would interest me too

I generally like rooted hair but this looks bad. There are no shades and variation to it... its just a single flat color.

Should've went sculpted for this length and color....

Her CW hairstyle was best anyways.
