I'm not sure they've ever made a physical appearance at any show outside of East Asia. I could be wrong though.

They were at SDCC this year actually. I think that may have been the first time?

Look like since the new batman begins has more numbers then others hot toys has made, I can assume this will be the same.

They were represented by Sideshow Collectibles if i'm not mistaken. At least thats what I understood. I am referring to them being present in person. (Staff)
