I don't go there myself, but I can imagine the SW section would be pretty... Passionate. :lol

As a Batman fan, I do visit the DC section often but I really feel less inclined to discuss anything there. Too many people and too many arguments.

On the other hand, I can forgive T3 some of its faults because it didn't try to take itself all that seriously. T: Salvation pretended to be this epic dramatic Terminator film, but was just average and forgettable at best. . . . .I can't believe I'm sorta-kinda defending T3 here.

The best scene in T3 was cut from the movie, in the deleted scenes section, where Arnie has a southern accent and a little guy says in Arnie's voice, "we can fix it." Made me LMAO when nothing in the actual movie did. But every scene in T3 is still better than TS, which is a godawful dull and dreary film. T3 was like a low-rent horror sequel with a big budget. TS was a wannabe epic drama with no sense of realism or character development. At least T3 tried to provide cheesy entertainment. TS was just a turgid bore.

And it isn't even a Terminator. It just looked too good to not try for. Somehow I was the first.

I can't stick to just one line myself, to boring and limiting. I do try to keep it to just a few for the most part, I collect terminator, predator, marvel and dc with a few exceptions here and there. I will be collecting the 3zero walking dead line when that releases, currently making some custom walking dead figures to hold me over till the official line hits.

Terminator I will buy by default. I guess Robocop is the same although I'm not sure yet if I'll buy the EB 1:4. Everything else goes through a bit of evaluation. Does it tick the ''sufficiently iconic'' box. Does it tick the ''childhood nostalgia'' box. Do I have other items from that movie that the prospective purchase would go with. Ripley ticked all those boxes. (I collect the NECA Alien and Aliens stuff, I've got HT Dallas and Powerloader) And she's one of only about 4 female characters I'm ever likely to have in my collection, the others being Sarah Connor, Cameron (T:TSCC) and Pfeifer's Catwoman.
