I’m fine with the SS version although this will be superior. Congrats to all the Maul lovers out there. This figure is a grail for loads of freaks!

I guess the moral here is to stop buying SS figures. Will hold off on deciding if I need to upgrade the SS version after better pictures.

Looks great.

Just a shame that the majority shown so far are just upgrades of figures many will already own.

I expect this Maul to be better than the Sideshow version but having shelled out £180 on that I do not intend on buying another. There are so many other figures I want of unique characters yet to be tackled.

Good catch. Could be indeed... or a AOTC version to go with Jango. Hard to tell what his haircut looks like blurred like this. AOTC 3PO on the right as well.

Soooooo glad I didn't give in to the SS v2 version. Of course this was coming. It was a no brainer that HT would make a Darth Maul figure. Question was just when. I've learned patience in my 40 years of collecting...

While the SS version head was damn nice, I'm sure this will be a payoff for having patience. Just hope he comes with his cloak since SS's didn't. Then I can definitely sell off my still new unopened SS v1 Darth Maul and the probe droid set too since I guess this comes with one too..
