Really telling myself I don’t want the speeder version. Not iconic to me but I do like vehicles. I think Maul should suffice. Not sure I’d keep him in the long term though, guess it depends how Qui Gon turns out in production.

I've been struggling to decide that myself i do like the speeder but i don't like the way you have to use the huge base for it and i doubt I'd ever leave him riding it hmm.

I feel a lot of collectors struggling with the $130 Speeder bike. Time to sell those Hasbros for as much as you can get.



I don't imagine HT will delve too deep into vehicles.

This and a Speeder Bike with Scout-trooper... and not too much else. Maybe a PT speeder with AOTC Anakin or something.

Get the HT vehicles while you can.

The speeder certainly isn't even a top 10 Star Wars vehicle, but in my opinion if you are a big enough fan to buy a high end Maul figure why not spring for his scooter as well? It's the first Star Wars DX figure in going on a decade. And DX releases are fun.

I’m still going back and forth on the speeder too. For the sake of it being a DX I want it but I know damn well it’ll be in the box most of the time. And that’s $130 towards another figure (like Qui-Gon).

I always spring for the deluxe variants of figures, but this one I struggle with as well. I know I SHOULD go DX for a host of reasons, but I'm not sure. I'll have to feel it out closer to release for budget reasons.

But look, it's like the Emperor's chair -- if you won't use it and its just going to stay in the box, then don't bother. Maul, with or without bike, will always sell well.

I've got nothing besides Anakin on my "PT shelf" so I have room for the bike at least for a year or so before it will likely get put away. Or I may just keep the bike itself on my desk without Maul, just as a cool paperweight.

But then know the box is bigger than it needs to be and has this empty void (while sitting in your closet anyhow?).

I dont know man but whats the point of buying figures from the movies that you hate so much?

For ex I disgust ST and would absolutely never getting anything from those films...even if I were given for free, I would just throw them away.

Wouldn't say I hate TPM. Has much unrealized promise (great cast +/- a few, a great villain, and some great moments). While Maul remains the imprint of evil for the collective memory of the PT, his bike doesn't really register as having much import.

Speeder is a lot less iconic then say Emperors throne. Passed on that and easy pass on this, getting the regular version. Maybe if they were not so extremely overpriced. 1:6 throne for 1:1 price and whatnot.

I'm getting the Regular (no speeder) version, just unnecessary for my collection. The Emperor with Throne on the other hand was just too cool and iconic a look for the character and collection.
