i am not bothered that they make the rerelease better, i am bothered because they have a bad habit of purposely releasing the first one without adding stuff they know they can add because they are already planning for a rerelease. this happened with the mark 3, the joker, the dark knight batman, etc, etc.
I'd really go for a captive Stark figure with new RDJ sculpt, light up chest RT and anvil and hammer.
Most tech companies do the same thing. Apple and their iPhone is a perfect example.
At this point I would expect a John Favreau relatively soon.
it is always the kids who just started collecting hot toys who are the biggest hot toys butt kissers. and there you go with the gifs again. is it not possible for you to communicate your thoughts using just words?
it seems like you are missing the point. not all of us have our mommies giving us money to preorder everything hot toys releases like you. an iphone is not a collectible like a figure. if i had a iphone, i would not really care if they release a better one since i am buying it for practical purposes, not for its value as a collectible.
no other collectibles company does the rereleasing thing in such a short time span as much as hot toys. you can't answer why sideshow doesn't do it as much or any other company with a huge market share like bandai.
let's see. i complain because hot toys seems like it is overmilking, and you complain because i am complaining?
RE-RELEASE THE TUMBLER!!!!! well at least I hope they do.

actually, bandai is even more notorious when reissuing and remaking. HT is just following their footsteps I think
Dunno if youve ever heard of the SH Fgiuart or Saint Cloth Myth line by Bandai, they actually reissued the Gold saints like 4-5 times already, without adding or changing the sculpts or box design.
This year, they just remake the entire Gold saints line with new body and sculpts. Collectors complain, but so long as they are making quality collectibles, collectors would still end up buying anyways

Judging from past items by HT, like the DX base and the partial ones that come with the Mark IV and V, I'm assuming this will be battery powered.
oooooh fiddle sticks!!!
I'm not good enough with electronics to converts to usb powered like some of the other freaks on the boards did with their Mark IV and VI.
I'm sure there are tutorials around the net, if you look for it.
