That's ridiculous. Obviously they aren't dealers, they prolly are just resellers. Cause dealer price is $115USD.

Well Toys2 are generally more expensive than normal RRP, so it's not too surprising I guess. Not that any of this matters to me, I'll probably end up paying $200 on eBay after release

If they wouldn't do an Iron Monger due to cost, would they do a MarkII Whiplash? Seems he was about the same size wasn't he?

Whiplash is only slightly bigger then Iron Man, so he has a much better chance of happening.

Whiplash v2 isn't too much bigger than Iron Man but is wider and a bit clunky...I didn't know if they'd give us the Iron Monger line with this one...

First they do a Pepper figure I'll eat my hat.

The rest of the line will include: Whiplash v2, Nick Fury, Mark V, Mark VI, Tony in Racing Suit (similar to the Mech Test Tony if not included with the Mark V as a DX) with parts interchangable of the Mark V like the chest piece that can go over Tony, BD versions of the Mark VI and War Machine and then by that point they'll be on to whatever The Avengers will bring in terms of Iron Man Marks.

Agreed. The recent magazine pics show a MSRP of approx $114 (880 HKD), so I imagine US retailers will sell these for a bit less. I wonder if retailers who have this already listed will reduce the price.

Yeah, I hope BBTS comes down on the price, if not, then I will be cancelling with them and ordering elsewhere. I really like this figure, but I am not going to overpay for it.

$114 is a very fair price for such a petite, featureless figure. $149 is outrageous.
