I would buy Black Widow because its Black Widow and I want an Avengers set up. I really don't give a ____ if it looked like Scarlett or not. The fact is does makes it easier to pay the HT prices but if it didn't I would just wait for a deal on the secondary market. I would get one if Emily Blunt was still playing her despite not finding Blunt that attractive. I may want to bang Scarlett like a drum but that doesn't translate into needing a 1:6 representation.

Not really. I have the Routh Supermans and none of them look like him. I have the v1 Joker again a miss. Its more about the character. Johanssen is a bonus but not the driving force at least for me.

$114 is a very fair price for such a petite, featureless figure. $149 is outrageous.

Anyone out of experience know if HK MSRP prices are typically also the equivalent MSRP in the US? I was under the impression that the US MSRP is typically quite a bit higher than the HK MSRP. When going on sale the US street prices seems to still be higher than HK prices that I have seen some members have posted here (e.g. HK$1050 for DX02 but I did not ever see DX02 MSRP being mentioned here)
So yeah I am not sure if you can really conclude from the HK MSRP that the US street price should be even lower??

i think the 1st supes isn't too bad. underneath that horrendous factory paint is a decent likeness i think, although i haven't actually seen the head in person in about 30 months so i may be remembering wrong.

i get the point though. i don't think the wolverine fig is a perfect jackman, but damn it fits in well with the marvel knights series i want.

oh, and marisa tomei is smoking. and she can act. and she could probably beat two shades of ____ out of scarlet in a fight

I am curious to see the retail price. I just received Mech Suit Stark (amazing figure btw) and I paid $149 at Toys2. The Mech Suit Stark is loaded with goodies. HT charges the same price for a bare bones BW it would clearly scream greedy motha fuakers knowing we would buy it anyway.

Looks awesome!!!!! That head-sculpt is AMAZING. Very lifelike!!! I'm not a big fan of the "parted lips" look though, I think it would've been better if her mouth was closed. Put me in the boat that doesn't like the "stupid expression".

The expression doesn't ruin it because the likeness is SO well done, but it is disappointing because of that! Such a GREAT sculpt with excellent detail, but such a poor expression. They would've been better off capturing a more determined look...or at least close the mouth.

They have to paint that "widow hourglass" on her belt red. It's red in the movie.
