I remember when they release the spec bavk then, it did say there's an extra waist armor part for extreme pose. Now that part is missing.

Nothing is missing, you misread it, it said improved waist articulation for added poseability. go back and re-read it.

- Improved articulations on waist armor which allow flexible movement

they meant they redesigned how the hips work over how they worked on the mark III
