It does look weird, but when your facing him from the front you dont tend to notice the missing underwear, great thing about the articulation though is any pose looks great, i dont think there can be a definitive pose for this figure.

Most places are sold out...there are a couple that say you can still pre-order but I doubt they will get a second shipment in. The ones that do have it in stock are asking for $200 or more.
