Yeah someone will buy her. I'm sure there will be people looking for custom fodder and those that will wait to get her from people buying the two pack. Even if all I wanted was the IX I'd get the 2 pack. That mk7 helmet is really cool. Have the vii in the helmet removal stage pose with that on it would look great. I've wanted a helmet with that look for a while.

But I actually want the pepper too so not a big deal for me.

I like Paltrow. For the first time, I will buy just the head on Ebay to make a custom just as what she is, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Agreed on all accounts. We finally have a Pepper figure, we have another cool-looking Iron Man armor, and we have some cool little exclusive pieces. The two-pack is as good as bought.

Interested in the single figure. I really don't want another Iron Man. Especially when it looks like one I have already.

I hope the price is reasonable. I would like to pick this up.

I am only in for Pepper. Very happy with Mark XLII....don't need Mark IX.

Oh I'm not complaining at all, especially since I like the Mark 9 far more than the Mark 8. It's just interesting that the Wiki and Hot Toys both got it wrong.

And yeah we all know there will eventually be a Mark 8.

Its not so much they "got it wrong", its just that they already had all the parts for Mark 9/Python and they don't yet for Mark 8 (which is also Piston), so they're releasing the 9 and only people on this board will ever know the difference. The wiki is full of wrong information put together by random people.

Cool nice to see a Pepper figure. The head sculpt is almost there. Maybe slim down the overall head to make it more rectangle. She looks Russian for some reason lol. [emoji28]

Yea but marvel signed off on this. Sorry but I trust them more then people here saying it was the 8 not the 9. You can't tell from the screen grabs. For me Marvel allowing this is as good a confirmation as I need.

It was probably silly of me to rely on the easily editable information found on a website about a fictitious character, so I'll admit to that rather stupid mistake I made.

Moving forward, when you mention the availability of parts, it makes a lot more sense and I understand why they made the decision they made. Whether it's supposed to be the Mark 8 or Mark 9 that Pepper killed, it doesn't matter. The suit Hot Toys made looks really d**n good. It's 100% accurate to the true Mark 9 from the art book, so I'm perfectly happy. (And like I keep saying, I like the design of the Mark 9 more than the Mark 8 anyway, even though I'd buy both of them.)
