yeah that's what I thought when I saw that base before I even saw the price.
I almost never even use included bases and I'd rather take the cost savings.

I just pre-ordered this. I missed out on all the Mk 2s so I guess this is my chance to snag one. Now I'll only be missing the Mk IV to complete the first 7.

Most of the diecast armours are correct. HT are just **** at making onscreen RDJ the correct size. I mean, there's no way Lando is supposed to be taller than the Mk1.

Isn't the die-cast basically a 2.0 with the updated sculpts? Mark VI 2.0 is just a repaint of the die-cast one right?

I don't know what they could improve on the VII. It still has the best paint of any IM figure.
