I don't suppose Inart could restructure their package then, could they?

Maybe there's a way to go about doing it without being unfair to those who already ordered. Sales seem to be low anyway. Maybe not the worst idea in the world to delay and reevaluate things.

Inart could always lower the price and remove that sign board version. I'm assuming nobody really wants that piece.

Its so weird honestly, I think WB must have gone back on their word about the $1k minimum

I don’t think Inart would make a 2 pack / 4 pack unless they really had to, to justify the price point

All their other figures have stand alone options so I don’t see why it would be different for Joker unless they had to do it. They definitely knew they would have sold a lot more units if they sold him in his red suit separately

Hot Toys seem to have way too much influence
Looks like DC/WB seems to have gone back on that "no guns" nonsense as well.

Given Hot Toys are on a roll in making improvements with the final production version over the prototypes recently, curious how this one will end up looking. Unlikely it'll still reach Inart level though.

I’d be curious to see the production sculpts on each one. Sadly I doubt both of them will look anything near the prototypes.

I think folks would be a lot more excited for this, if Inart hadn't already shown what a truly masterful version of this figure can look like. HT is trying to compete with Inart at it's game, but don't really succeed here.

Just looking at it in a vacuum I think it's a very good figure.

The sculpt does look significantly more toysih than InArt's proto. HT had a chance to really give the people what they were clamouring for by including a damaged jacket and riot scene blood-smile sculpt in a deluxe package- but no, they just did what's already been done, as usual.

Honestly, maybe it's best that that they stayed conservative here. Their idea of stepping outside the box is putting Joachim's head on a Batman body and painting it with graffiti. Or possibly putting him in an Iron Man or Deadpool suit.

I don't know from where the "1000 dollar limit" is coming from but this proves that is not the case anymore. Maybe things changed, or maybe it was never like that from the beginning. But that makes me wonder why no company has every produced a low end Joker collectible? Including Funko and Iron Studios who loves doing nearly "everything".
