yeah and moores law is subject to dates and transistor counts (x and y respectively) which are variables which can be changed
so theoretically if its 2008 and a count of 1, 000, 000, 000. you could take the technology back in time to 1998 and have a count of 1, 000, 000, 000 then come 2008 again the count would be
16,000, 000, 000
then go back again and so on and so forth, moores law has nothing to do with time travel, rendering the comment useless in the first place :D
but it is still theoretical, cuz technology may come to a point which it slows down/ or jumps ahead,

My twins finally fully clothed, still waiting for another pair of leathers though

I've got mine today!

Overall, the head sculpts are fantastic nicely done...if only the damaged head could light up its eyes though.

But one thing that really bothers me are the arms, it is just not proportionate. The fore arms are simply too long, which doesn't look right, especially when you want to display him without wearing any of the jacket or coat.

I dont know bout you guys, but I'm just not feeling the love for this figure as compared to John Connor.

:lecture:lecture Right on both counts. Don't care for the character or actor but the BD head alludes to the fact he's a Terminator so with that in mind i bought the BD head and awesome blue coat and kitbashed it together. I've used a right forearm from a T600 in place of his regular forearm and surprisingly, its not oversized at all. Shredded the coat's arm for added effect and i'm happy with the results...

pics??? would be interested to see some, thks!

Cheers guys, as soon as i get to work out how to post pics, they'll be up. He looks like a cyborg flasher at the mo. just wearing his coat Waiting for pants, boots and t-shirt. The arm came out better than expected. My T600 came with two left arms but connected to a right forearm. Toys2 got me a replacement right arm so i canabalised the spare. Like i say, once the outer housing of the forearm is removed it looks just right size wise I'll put it on my sig in a bit..

Edit: Sorry for the crappy pic quality guys:eek:

Shouldn't the heads be the other way round? :D

You are right

Oh funny thing is.. my camera has face detection and it would not recognize MW BD head as a face :rotfl
BTW am I glad I made this case this big as I can fit them both too

Got a call from UPS reminding me that my package from Sideshow is coming tomorrow! :rock
They gave me teh automated call I guess cause it needs a signature.

I removed most of the flesh from Marcus' BD arm. It seems Hot Toys were able to make it chrome! I wonder why they didn't do the same for the T-800?
Pix coming soon.

Perhaps we'll see a new T-800 with chrome finishing from Hot Toys one day....???.... There ought to be! Nobody can get enough of T-800s. Can't wait for the pix!

I would imagine evolution of things, while still an engineering marvel, the T-800 was an earlier figure of HT's, they're always working to better their products so I'm sure this is another one of those natural evolutions of their figures.
