how do I take the hands off? Gingerly pull or is there a technique?

When you first open the box, some people reported the paint on the fists had dried to the hand guards and become stuck. The guards should not come off of the arm. Another problem was the peg came unglued and pulled out of the arm. Only the actual hand should come off, try carefully tilt hand to the side untill it pops off

That's a good price but it still doesn't beat the deal I got in eBay for $159.00 shipped. It had been opened but most of the items inside still had the plastic on them and the sticker secures that hold them in place. Awesome fig no doubt and no QC issues.
