The seam at the back, which gives the appearance of being stitched, is actually just glued on and already it is coming away. It's fixable but it is a disappointment given that they require a lot of shaping to fix the deformity caused by the plastic insert tray.

I encountered the same issue. Frustrating to say the least. I also had one of Chewbacca's wrist pegs break while trying to swap the hands out. Glad they include the extras now. Overall I am happy with the set, though.

My first order from Sideshow just pulled.
Now it is time to wait. Force is strong in me, not :wink1:.

The bend at the arm/elbow is a single joint, not double jointed like most/many figures that have the articulation hidden behind clothing.

Why they did this....... really dumb. Should have been double jointed. Moving his arm feels like it will break off.

that is sad. I hope it's a bit over 90 degrees atleast?

I think it's about 90 degrees. I'll have to check later.

Yeah I know I start getting to a point on some poses thinking, "Is that it?" The clothes are so nicely tailored that I'm actually trying not to do much posing yet.

I'd like to get a nicer camera to start snapping some better shots of these--so much detail gets lost when I snap a pic.

Creighton -- Now the boot looks like a tube though. No natural wrinkle around the ankle.

Ok, so I tinkered with the boot after letting it sit rigid overnight. The natural wrinkles came back but the ankle didn't collapse! Im happy for now.:wink1:

Question for everyone with this figure (which is everybody in here?), are you leaving the foam inserts in in the back of his vest? I know they're probably just there to prevent wrinkles while in the box, but it doesn't look bad with them in there.

I have no problem with the boots- just alittle massaging here and there- they look good to me

Home at last! Chewbacca looks better out of the 2, the head sculpt is kinda meh, can't have your chewy without your han solo. Also, These guys are pretty hard to take a good photo, it does look better in person. Happy i got them.

So here's what's happened to the left boot of my Han Solo figure in the last 24 hours. It's pretty upsetting. I've contacted SS.

Sorry man. I had a feeling that was how the boot was constructed. I actually superglued all the glue "gaps" in that little fake seam strip on the back of the boot. I needed to be sure it was completely lying down before I started trying to manipulate the material and solve the mystery of their buckling crappiness.

Given the amount of money I spent on this figure, I find this to be unacceptable. I hope Customer Service will help me out.
