The other 3 look great, not that far from photorealistic, but that chewy-dog thing is the worst HT work I've ever seen.

No, the proto looked much better than that... I saw it (or a version of it) at CVII and it did not look like that.

I have one payment left for the set... I'm not pleased about this switch off they've done on us! Total BS. If somebody orders them on sideshow right now, you still see the first prototypes. That isn't right.

Hoping it's just a bad angle, lighting, futzing, etc... Really was looking forward to Chewie the most. I think Ben & Luke (besides his hair color) look great! And Solo looks better in that shot then the first pic I saw of the resculpt.

Indeed. It's also been heavily photoshopped, the rest of the picture is reasonably untouched, but DogChewie is airbrushed to hell, so that could swing either way.

Sideshow is usually pretty understanding about cancelations if you explain the situation over the phone... but I wouldn't loose hope just yet.

Looking at the photos it seems that the fur on Chewbacca is sticking up a bit and if it were smoothed back down (like the proto) it will probably look just fine. This is a figure that will require a lot of futzing everytime you change the pose due to the hair. While this photo should never have been shared it's probably due to the person taking it not having a clear idea of how Chewie should look and just assuming the unfutzed was good enough

Yeah, it's very badly futzed and on closer inspection I noticed his bandolier is the same as the proto, One crooked bar. Maybe it is the proto but it's been kicked around the world for months? or maybe they are all crooked, who knows, but that image looks like .........!

Everything about the cockpit pics looks cool except for Chewbacca and Han. They look so weird and out of place in there.
