I wouldn't bank on that just yet, because you can never tell if they duped us like they did with the 1966 Batmobile. I hope it does get made cause that's why I bought the figures, but until you see that pre-order come to life it's not a done deal.

i couldn`t afford the falcon cockpit anyways. but glad chewie sold out. with all the negative comments he turned out great. specially to some of those that said they wouldn`t get him and then turned around and bought it you know who you are

Congratulations, not sure if i can wait that long! I'm at the verge of cracking. Did you open yours to look at it? I forgot? I haven't opened the box at all yet.

I'll have to give it a quick inspection before it gets wrapped up and put under the tree. You should too in case there's a problem and the return window closes.

Are you in the 2nd shipment? I thought you got this already.

I only just ordered it this weekend and got the 15 day notice yesterday, but it had reverted to "Pre Order" status after having shipped a batch from what I understand. I did get Han already but is "in carbonite" til my birthday in December.

Looks like that waitlist went damn quick! And I got lucky and ordered in the nick of time!

Truth is I was very hesitant in getting Chewie, ready and determined to completely pass. But all the futzing photos really helped convince me. I'm still not entirely happy with the idea of possibly having to paint the fur, but I've seen plenty where just adjusting the hair around the face makes a huge difference so hopefully I'll be happy with doing just that. Jack Bauer's hints that this is possibly the only Chewie we'll see also pushed me over the edge.

To those discussing the MF cockpit, I'm leaning toward it or the laser turrets getting produced.

They included a set of gripping hands with Han, similar to what they included with the Dark Knight for the Batpod.

I know it's only a pair of hands but Hot Toys has at least considered the idea of a diorama piece. I don't think they'd create those hands just for the sake of having one more set.

Hey all,

I am super excited to get this. I just bought the Han and Chewbacca ex 2 pack off ebay for 485 plus the ride. Down side seller got back to me and said he'd ship it Friday because of Thanksgiving (not a big deal). Up side I got to use 5X ebay bucks for the purchase which gave me $42 back on the purchase.

I've been waiting to pick this one up till next year because of Christmas coming soon, it isn't the best time to pick up now. It just really ****s me when local suppliers "sell out" and then suddenly it's back in stock for $100 more. At least Sideshow set a price and stick to it without trying to gouge buyers when a product sells well.

Tried to do ESB chewie after rewatching w/ wife sunday night. I believe fixing MFalcon hoth ESB chewie had crazy eye brows. Next step is coloring the hair above the eyebrows black. Like matrix'. Then go back to ANH chewie.

I have every set barely used, and I never woulda thought to use it for this! Quick question, that color is Burnt Red right? My set D has Burnt Blue, Burnt Red, and Oil Stain.

I used burnt red from set D the one in the middle of set D ( I have to thank and give credit to King Darkness for the tip! )
