Is that the HT mask or did you customize some part of it. Looks incredible.

Thanks! That's the Hot Toys Vader helmet right out of the box, bone stock. All I've done is adjust the belt boxes and remove the inner robe wire. You just have to find a great angle on the helmet to make it look great, and there are TONS of great angles to choose from!

Can someone please offer some pointers on the Che's armor Repaint? I'm not sure what is supposed to be painted and what does not. Also, can someone provide clarity on the helmet mod? What's the angle you sand down and how far do you sand? Thank you!!

I'm planning on using the vest portion from the Hot Toys suit, along with the chest armor, chest box, reveal HS, tunic/inner robe, and cape from the Sideshow Deluxe Vader with a stand Stony created for me and make a 1/6 reveal Vader bust to display next to my custom/kit-bashed Vader.

Awesome ome shots, solo! Is that Jazz's DS dio? Looks fantastic!

Sean Hannity....

Thanks, brother. Yes, that's his masterpiece. I had to put it into a cabinet, but it forced me to use a mirror. Check it out. I'm thinking I can do some great photo editing with this.

Re-shaped my stock Vader Boots.

The stock, Hot Toys, Vader, boots, are very well made, but they are also floppy and totally devoid of any realistic form LOL.

I used my own boots as a reference for where real creases would end up on actual used boots. Then I applied a couple coats of fabric stiffener inside the boots, shaped them, and used the blow-dryer to set the fabric stiffener, and the results are so much better.

My Frye Harness boots that I used for reference.

The first step (no pun intended) in several mods to make the boots more accurate.
Stay tuned...

Oh lord! that is 1/6 figure **** right there!:clap

Haha! The mirror makes me believe it's that long. I wish I had some more HT figures to do some photo manipulation.

Late to the party, but mine is en route. Should be here tomorrow/Wednesday. Can't wait :rock2

Awesome! Use a level and right angle tool to ensure you get a correct bond in the first few steps.

Enjoy it...it's an incredible piece Jazz created.
