how do you go about switching out the legs? I don't understand the process :dunno

Take apart the pelvis, with the legs of both figures. Attach the roadblock/terminator pelvis/legs to the Vader waist. There’s a spring pin that makes it tricky to attach(wedge in a small flathead screwdriver to help keep the pin out), but once in, screw the pelvis back together and you’re set.

Thanks for the info! Those legs indeed look the same. I will probably give this a try as well. :)

I just got the Vader light up arm from the Tarkin set. I will have to see what it looks like lit up. Since I got the Rogue One gloves in the figure looks much better to me. Still my favorite Vader look. I love the beat up armor and lived in look of the armor but I will have to get the Empire Version as well.

I just ported the SS ANH suit over to the HT Vader 2.0 body. Fits great. But the HT belt is still too loose. I may have to add a layer of gorilla tape just to help it along.

Here's a pic of my V2 Vader with the V1 shoulder armor and lightsaber. I also added on some thigh muscles to make the pants tighter. I think the muscles may need to be shaved down some but it turned out okay. I also tightened up the shirt which hides the newly added silver buttons under the shoulder armor.

Finally got around to finishing the mods on my ANH Vader head sculpt. I am pretty happy with it!
Next up shoulder armor.

What did you do? No work-in-progress shots?

I did the eye lens mod. I used bare metal foil and followed Jazz Inc.'s instructional video. I had to apply the foil a few times to each eye lens, as I wanted to get all the creases out of the foil, because in the light the crease shows through.
I did not attempt the nose plug mod. Just didn't have the courage to try that.
I considered lowering the dome, but in my opinion, and I studied this for a while, the widows peak is in line with the top of the top notch of the nose ridge on the HT sculpt. So if anything it only needed to go down a millimeter or two at best to be in the middle of the top notch which is where it should be. So again I didn't see the need to do that.
I used the V2 helmet because I liked the weathering compared to the V1 helmet. But I did paint the right tusk slightly silver which is screen accurate for ANH.
Last thing I did was use a polishing cloth to give the dome the shine which was in the video too.

Sold my RO Vader minus a couple gloves to put towards my ESB PO. I loved the RO Vader but I just found it very bulky. Accurate or not I just order l prefer the look of ANH so that was my keeper.

Been looking back in this thread and I see many different gloves being used. The only thing that still bothers me on my V1 Vader are those velcro gloves... Which gloves should I be using for the best ANH screen accuracy?

most are using the RO vader gloves or the new 2 pack gloves which are the same as the RO.

Ok. Awesome! Thank you. I was concerned the RO hands would need modifying. So I was waiting on the V2 hands, but they seem pretty tough to find. Glad to know they’re the same! Where would you guys recommend I buy either set?

Keep checking Toy Anxiety. Once they’re up they’re usually gone in minutes. Otherwise it’s cheaper to buy the figure since the secondary market sets go for way too much $$$
