Awesome trio, paramore! :rock

They do look really good together :)

Building the team! NICE! :clap

Great pic Para! :clap

Only the second time I see a bit of Alec in the sculpt.

They look amazing together! Man, I can't wait to get this guy. It's going to be a lot of fun to get the main crew together soon, with Luke, Leia, and Threepio coming soon. Now if I just had a cabinet bigger than my Detolfs. Not sure they are all going to look good on one shelf. That'd be a little cramped.

MONEY shot!

Thanks guys :duff

Awesome pic....one of the reasons I chose this version. It looks excellent with the other HT SW characters. Do you have a re-painted SS? I'd be curious how that looks in a group shot with Han / Chewie. Most shots of SS version is solo or with droids. I am curious how it stands with current releases.

Thanks! No I don't. I had a SSC Ben but sold him a while ago.

Awesome pic as usual, Paramore! :clap

With the slight left lean on all of them, they look like an SW acapela trio singing with Ben doing the finger snap!:lol

:lol

Loving the pics Para, awesome as usual.

Damn it I see most of the UK sellers I use have him sold out, will get my hands on one though.

Yep.

Hello everyone Budget Stark here........

........and we'll see you at the next video

/End :lol

That's a great formula right there.

That's The Straight Poop for you. He's also the guy who fondled his Black Widow figure, so take it for what it's worth. :lol

:slap Not that guy... :lol

These recent photos and videos are showing this HT figure in a great light...it does look good, and I'm looking forward to seeing it for myself.

Not to derail or start anything, but...I just got back from one of my desert trips and snapped some new shots of Sideshow's "Old Ben" while I was out there....I'll post one here...

I'm not saying one is "better" than the other, but as far as I'm concerned, the Sideshow one still holds up as a really good presentation of the character. Despite how the Hot Toys version will look to me, this uncustomized, strictly production version Sideshow did is still going to be one of my favorites.

Maybe by the time the HT version shows for me, I can make another trip out west and snap some shots....

The Sideshow figure doesn't look bad and to be fair it's probably one of their better head sculpts but I personally don't feel like it looks a lot more like Guinness like a lot of people seem to think.

That's an awesome shot! And there's no denying the charms of the SS figure.
I'd love to see you do a shoot with the HT one, for sure!

Thanks Tee-Kay...

Yes, I've always enjoyed how natural light and environments can really enhance how cool a figure can look and Sideshow's "Old Ben" certainly "came alive" out there.

So not to step on any skirts in here and "derail" this thread with images of a different version than the HT one being discussed, I've started a new thread for the Sideshow version of Old Ben.

C'mon over and have a look....https://www.sideshowcollectors.com/forums/star-wars-action-figures/162404-sideshows-1-6-scale-obi-wan-ben-kenobi-image-thread.html

....and keep the pics and comments of the HT version coming....still waiting to get mine, so they're greatly appreciated!

Just opened mine. Some quick snaps.

Love it. Feels even more Star Warsy...Star Warsian? ... than Han and Chewie for some reason. :)

Looks great, but what happened to the beard by his chin? It looks like a separate piece.
