Thanks for the review. As you moved the camera around at times it looked like Guinness and other times not so much. I am still undecided on the likeness, but if it were a home run I am sure there would be no doubt. I would love to see more about the LED Saber arm, how it attaches, if there is a size difference between the hilt fixed and the hand and the other hilt, ect. I'd also like to see more about the normal hands that grip the non LED Saber and how that works holding the other saber (one handed and two) in case I don't want to use the LED one. The inner robes didn't look as bad as I feared, I'd like to see them with a good futzing. Finally I was impressed with what I saw in the out robe, the material seems like it might be fantastic and looks "heavy" while keeping in scale and not being too bulky.

Wow that lit saber looks great in the dark. It lights up way better than the sideshow obiwan i have. It actually lights up blue and not that white color like the sideshow. Thats nice at least.

From the video review, it looks like his white robes suffer the same translucent issue the old Sideshow Obi-Wan Episode 3 figure had. You can see the brown garment underneath. DRATS! :gah:

Oh well, robe on and hood up will be my pose of choice.

I agree that the HT sculpt isn't the best... but that older Sideshow sculpt looks a bit cartoony for my taste. Even though that older one was sculpted by the mighty Trevor Grove, I've yet to see ANY paint job do it justice. Perhaps it's the kind of sculpt that works best as a statue.

Thanks for the video Nailz.

I think it shows very much what we're getting. Nothing surprising here.

GREAT belt, boots and cloak.

Sculpt only looks like Guinness from the side a bit. That brown turtleneck sucks with the Hasbro stitching. And what's with the crazy long sleeves on the inner tunic/robe?

Glo-stick saber is OK. Never use it.

OVERALL: eh

Old Ben will be here tomorrow.

Let's get it on!

I noticed the same oversize collar stitch issues on Han (though it's white, so not as visible.) There must be some way they can do micro stitching or even fabric glue for those areas that are really visible.

I probably won't use the saber lit too much, but it's nice that it actually works well.

If I have any issue it would be the see thru white garment. Aside from that looks great. Any "fat suit" on him?

I agree. It's cool that they added the patches on the inner robe, but they look kind of silly since the rest of the robe is see through.

I am pretty pleased with the rest of the figure.
