The portrait is close enough to work, especially if you casually view Bale in his films. Unfortunately, I notice the lip thing and nose thing everytime I see him on screen, so my natural inclination with sculpts is to look for those in it and HT just doesn't quite get them but for the mouths on their Batmans.

Oh no! Its the v1 joker scenario all over again! Lol! No worries guys, just wait till the next terminator movie, and wait for the perfect bale sculpt. HT bound to get it the 3rd time, or 4th.. Hopefully:D

For sure you can tell its Bale's mouth on their Batman figures..funny that its much more apparent with those figures.

You should really look at pics from Bale in the Terminator. The HT head really isn't remotely close. The Sosa head is light years better in person. Bale was extremely guant in the face for the film.

As I said wofford, Sosa's head has the parts on his face really perfect. nose is looking like Bale's, mouth is looking like Bale's ,etc...

I was blown away, when I saw the head unpainted, but then, when I saw some more heads and especially from the side, it looked really really weird. It doesn't work as a whole product. And he looks also painted even more weird.

look here at this pic, he was painted by one of the best painter here, kuato and it still looks weird.

I can't find the one pic from the side from which I'm talking and which looks really off. I don't want to diss this head, it looks cool, but to say it's perfect isn't right. Even Sosa had said this, that he rushed it and is not satisfied with the end-result. For the HT one, pics wont do justice for the head. it looks goofy, in hand it isn't.

I only see Ethan Hawke because the jawline is too narrow and less squared off.

Yeah the whole head is too sucked out and narrow, although it's an awesome sculpt! Mix the facial features with the HT proportions and you'd have a winner

I have a question? In hot toys website,it said john connor is a limited edition, so how many johns are out there?

Whatchu talkin bout Willis?...i did not see anything on the Hot Toys page for this version stating it was limited edition.

i wanted to repost this before it got lost. did anyone get this magic tape thing?

can someone tell me in which scene the magic tape was used in T:S?

actually, my connor figure came with instructions for using magic tape, but i did not see any in the figure box. did anyone else get the magic tape and what did you use it for?

thanks!

His strap is too short and not reach the velcro on the other side. So super glue can't help this case.

Take a pic of the straps. You have to pull them tight around the forearm of the jacket.

you may also need to turn the knife around. one strap is longer than the other - the longer strap goes further up the forearm.

magic tape = velcro.
