I like this photo because the low light emphasize's the reflective nature of the web pattern. HT's official photos on the 1st page and most of Tommy Richardson's photos use too much bright lighting, which blows out the tones of the web pattern, making them look like a plain white.

Not because of he missing nose, but more because of eye placement/size... I think.

Why's everyone complaining bout the thighs?

I just finished watching spidey 1 and 2 yesterday, his thighs when wearing the costume ARE massive! and accurate to what HT is doing to their fig.

Could just be the angle. The point of view is slightly higher than the figure, looking down slightly so the eyes would look like they sit lower on the face. I don't see that issue when looking at other photos. The only odd proportion I see on the head is that the chin doesn't look pronounced enough from the neck, but again it could just be the angle.

He's also missing a lot of chin/jawline in that pic.

That's almost $240 in US currency. Which is $100 more expensive than anyone in the states is going to pay. That's one thing that struck me about London when I visited, how incredibly expensive everything is compared to both the US and the rest of Europe.

Yeah, that didn't seem like a good price to me, either. Seems like it would be much cheaper to buy from a Hong Kong-based seller and just eat high shipping costs.

Many of my customers used to use HK sellers, and yes they are cheaper than me, I ship HT figs into the UK by the pallet load and I cant get them thru customs as gifts!!
I pay all the shipping fees, custom fee, VAT etc etc and would you believe it, pallet disposal fee!!

Spidey has only been live on my site for around 24hrs and I already sold a high number of units.

So I cant compete with the fellow HK seller on price but I can kick their ass on service and protection of the figure while in transit!

I actually know a few of the HK/China sellers and we always trade banter when we speak!

We work dam hard getting figs to collectors in the UK AND in the EU.....
And when I read post like the ones above it makes me slightly angry

Yes for you guys it may not be a good price but trust me for us Brits this is a fantastic price
