That was a Photoshop.

When they do release the black suit ..it will be a normal mms release.."might" have a parker head(but it would be the emo look, and who the hell would want that??) but that would ____ up the neck area i'd imagine.

Emo look Peter Parker? No, I don't want that. Just a "normal-looking" Peter Parker with the Spidey mask off to be able to pose him that way. It could be a switch out head so that it doesn't ____ up the neck area.

I don't want excuses, I want normal sized thighs! :cuss

My point is all the griping about "exposed joints" lead to huge thighs, and more _____ing. I find that funny.

Or in other words.

Hopefully this neck seam will be moved to the sides instead of front and back for the production release. Never noticed this until now, but it is a bit jarring to see close up.

Remember this is blown up to 100x the normal size. I doubt it will ever be that bad looking in person.

I could easily live without muppet maguires mug tbh, but i will happily leave him in the box hidden away so i dont have to look at it so whoever wants it can have it displayed on their fig.

There would be no "exposed joints" with this figure as he is wearing a fabric suit.

And you're just speculating about the size of the thighs having anything to do with that.

In general this figure is too muscular, but the thighs are the worst.

What i'm saying is the emo look peter is what would come with a black suit spiderman ..i mean thats how he looked while he had that suit in the film:dunno ..and a switch out head would ruin the neck as the normal masked head would need to be able to be removed and thus ruin the look that this figure has due to it being stiched down, the reason this figure has no peter head is more then likely becuase giving us this option would sacrifise the figures masked look..and it also probably saved them money:D

I know some people don't seem to like it but I think it looks pretty good.

umm... no, Layering clothing ontop of other clothing IS going to make something look bigger.

Granted, the legs at the bottom of the 2 layers could be too big to begin with, i don't know.

But hey, as far as the joints thing goes, Hot toys said it, not me. i guess they were concerned with how he looked under skin-tight material.

IMO, I would have been happier with a scrawny spidey on a Slim body truetype.
it's spider-man. the MOST IMPORTANT THING for him is articulation.

Spdey isn't skinny though really in the movies. He buffed up a bit once he was bitten so the way they have him looking looks perfect. Joints don't look bad which was one of my main concerns. I like the color of the red in the photo it looks dark enough. I'm really loving this Spidey figure.
