I have no idea when mine will arrive... My seller hasn't got him in stock yet. Usually he's about a month after HT releases a fig, but now it's already over two months later, I think
He told me he expected to get the fig in stock before the end of July, so hopefully I get the good news next week!

I wanted to share my Thor. I haven't decided if I will do the helmet mod yet but I did make one change. People have commented on on skinny his legs are. I have always felt they are thin but what makes them so pronounced is that the wast of his tunic is not fitted well enough. It's width make his legs look thinner and also he loses that stylized V-cut. So I trimmed and reattached his tunic at the waste. Here is what it looks like.
Excellent job, I'm working on the same thing right now. How did you re attach it after trimming it since there are no notches any more?

I cut some vinyl fabric and glued the two ends of the "belt" together to keep it from separating. Once that was set I laid the top part of the tunic over the top and traced the outside edge on to the "belt" where it overlapped. I then cut new notches into the "belt" so that the top part of the tunic fit inside of it. Then glued the whole thing back together. Its took some fitting and re-cutting to get it to lay flat.

If you guys haven't seen the Avengers trailer, Thor does indeed have a new costume. He is now sleeveless. I wonder if HT will make another Thor just because of the minor change.

His chest armor also has a different design on the front. I haven't gotten a close look at it....but the hasbro Avengers figures shown at SDCC confirmed my suspicions from the trailer.
I'm actually not too fond of it. I was hoping for a less busy chest guard design in the avengers.

For sure they'll make a figure out of it and the rest of the characters once they announced that they've gotten the Avengers license soon!
