There have only been a handful of issues and most seem to be because people aren't careful with delicate straps and many of the others are just a lack of glue...

No. Mine came the same way. It just needs a bit of glue.
Apply some glue to the area that you don't have to slip through the buckle (so you don't get glue all over the place), then thread the other end through and use a pair of tweezers or pliers to apply pressure till it's attached.
This is really just a bad bit of design. The plastic strap is at too acute of a bend to stay glued effectively.
do you or anyone one here know whats the best glue to use? Can I use gorilla glue?

Gorilla Super glue? Should be fine... Just apply it with something, don't try to pour it on. I used an old Exacto blade.
Does anyone else have the issue with Cap's pants not staying buttoned?

Just got mine and the same thing happened to my holster. I emailed Sideshow and hope to get a replacement. On the issue with the belt does anyone know how to take off the belt?? I wanna make the belt more snug and sit in the right place.

ok so I asked this in the "questions forum" and no one has replied yet, but: my purchase of cap was my first purchase from SSC and they sent me a gift card.
