Calculate what a shelf full of avengers will cost: We have been seeing prices rising, Cap, BW, Hawkeye, Thor each $200, Iron Man will probably be $220 by then and at least $300 for a Hulk. Then if they release a Banner figure, possibly Fury etc, you're looking at nearly $2000 for toys.
Thats too much for my tastes. I just look at what else I can get for the same amount.

I think it's because Hot Toys wants more money.

absolutely...people want more but dont want to pay for it...

cap was 169.99 with one head which was not a full reveal head...

this guy has 2 full reveal sculpts and is only 30 more

just imagine what the sculpts alone will sell for later lol

I'm sure that plays a part. However, I wonder how they negotiated the license. You'd figure that would be part of the deal. Weaving probably has it so that anything with his likeness has to go through him.

This looks stunning. At some point I'm gonna start collecting HT headsculpts if I can. I'll buy every figure I'm really interested in but those that I'm not interested in the whole figure I'll still try and get just their heads.

Well the price is steep and I can't believe we pay $200 for figures, but anyways, it looks fantastic, both sculpts are amazing, two of the best.

It's dearer than Cap due to the extra headsculpt. This is the HT price now so we have two choices.......

I just ordered via SSC.
