i am still waiting for someone to explain why this is $200 and the iron monger is $480...

The figure is a lot bigger in every dimension. This means a lot more material used in the tooling, a lot more material used in the molds, a lot more paint, a lot more material in the packaging... all of this before considering any additional trickery in the assembly of the thing.

I assume the Holographic MK 1 is compatable with the forearm gauntlet coming with MK 2. Ordered the EX even though im not getting MK2. Then again I still might. Love the look of the MK 2.

Lol, that's exactly the reason why I preordered the exclusive but then thought to myself should I save a few bucks and preorder elsewhere!

I think the reason this figure is 200 is because they had already released this figure before. HT made their money already with this character. If this was a first time release the price might have been higher i think. Hopefully the DX Joker 2.0 will be priced reasonably since they've already released one before.

This is fun. It's collecting. It's a hobby. What I like, you don't have to. And vice versa.

If you have an original, good for you. If you don't and your glad you'll be getting one, like me, thats ok too.

But stop crapping on everyone for being happy about something you're not. The role could easily be reversed.

Why would a re-release be so polarizing. If you don't want an item, then DON'T GET IT. And if its a VALUE issue, YOU DON'T MATTER ANYWAY. If you're into this for profit I hope you took a bath on this. A true collector wouldn't care about someone else being happy about these re-releases. They don't affect you. HT isn't re-releasing figures instead of giving you new ones. If you didn't notice, there are probably 20 or more 1/6 figures being released this year.

And WHAT WITH ALL THE HOT TOYS BASHING? If you don't like the way they are doing business, START COLLECTING PET ROCKS! If all you do is complain about everything hot toys does, why are you here?

I think you're right. I just ordered the EX from SSC, but it seems like an unnecessary accessory. I might cancel my EX and just buy the regular from a vendor.

I think the the holo figure is cool then again I only like the mark1 out of all the suits.Most of all I think we should be glade he is a easy to get figure for those of us who missed out the first time around.I still reamber when the first one came out on ebay debateing if I want to spend $180.00 for him thinking it was too much then collector prices went up.Im glade now I dident buy him because this one looks sooooooooo much better.
