Anyone bought the special edition blu-ray that comes with the statue? Is the statue any good?

Movie figures always had underwater, rocket launcher, jetpack, glider and other weird addition. The Batman movies figs had tons of those

Thats batman but when it came to spiderman it didnt have stupid gimmicks like hasbro is doing now. Especially with the 4 inch figures. Terrible.

The statues are ok. But The Spider-man statue is bigger/almost as big as the lizard statue. How can that be. Scale is not right. It is ok for gift to kids. I bought the Best Buy exclusive steelbook instead.

it's totally crap just like all other 90% of the statues that come with a blu-ray or dvd collector's edition

Crap or not I would havedefinetley bought it if I had the opportunity!
The only way I could get it and be able to watch it in Ireland would be through ebay, with ridiculous prices. I couldn't find anywhere that had it on PO!

Wasn't it? It was available from UK sellers on ebay, and it was a European region version.

I'm getting confused here. In which locations is this NOT available yet? I thought that the POs went up for everywhere pretty much all at the same time.

Do you mean the DVD or the 1/6 figure?

If you mean the DVD (special edition), then it was on ebay from UK, US and Australian sellers, but for quite the price. It was available in all regions aswell.

If you mean the 1/6 figure, then I think it is up for PO just about everywhere.

Is there any reason they haven't provided a great shot of the Garfield head sculpt? Or am I insane and just looking over it.

I think the Garfield sculpt looks awesome. I would love to see it in the Official Pics and Specs though.
With pics from the STGCC and other events it's rare I saw a bad picture to be honest.
I do wish he didn't have a wound though, considering the suit has new damage done it would have made more sense for his face to have no damage as well.

Well, lets hope my want list comes to be. So far McAvoy Xavier seems a go, although no real information seems to be available. Garfield Spidey looks good but seems lacking for the price tag they have on him.

The only grail I currently have is Two Face. I've had some other ones, like TF Batman/Bruce, SP Iron Man, BR Joker, Hellboy... but XMO Wolvie is the one to get it seems.

Hellboy was a gift from a military friend. He is in a box at my wive's mothers. Not too fond of him, but I can't let him go.

Yeah, I own a DX02, and it's the only HT fiigure I own so far. But the Origins figure is a must. The sculpt isn't dead on but the figure itself is awesome! I am always questioning myself why I want it, especially with the X3 version on the way (love the new sculpt) but I just prefer the Origins outfit! It's awesome.
