WTF are you talking about, the only thing wrong is the neck, the rest is ACE :lecture

If there's one thing Ht should be ashame of its the cheap cashgrab of splitting the USO/Rescue figure into two

I tell it like it is with figures..unbiased..and you my friend are in denial and will defend this until you are blue in the face...did you sculpt it or something? Why cant you see how bad it is?

Glad I picked up Spiderman 3 Red and blue...holy crap its 20 times better than this one..i was going to hold out to get this one but the S3 just symbolized spiderman better as a whole.

I am glad this figure has one fan, because in my opinion it is quite simply abysmally bad. Its just bad. Every single last thing about it is bad! And the worst thing about it is the premium price they want to charge for this whopping haul of "meh."

Its not just that the suit is lackluster, the proportions of the body appear off. I just see nothing to fall in love with here, especially to the tune of two hundred bucks. PASS.

Look its a business and they are going to survive by making money. Who cares if they release several variations you DONT have to buy all of them. The thing that pisses me off is when quality suffers or when they rush to make a buck. The Thor and Spiderman look awful in these pictures and there is no excuse for it at $200 a goddamn figure!

As the prices continue to go up their quality is starting to go down.

I will tell you like it is.

People like yourself take over the forums and find flaws in everything. Then begin to bully the people who are in the thread who like the product.

Then the people who like the product give up posting and looking in the forum and move on with their lives and wait till they see the final product before acting like the world has ended.:cuckoo::cuckoo:

It looks fine in toy hunters window and I will be getting once it is out.

The final version that is not the prototype!!

Personally I see it as somewhere in the middle:

The figure isn't perfect, in fact it's far from it. However, it's not the end of the world either since there's still time.

On the other hand, for every figure that has looked like crap in the proto pics and come out better, we can point to figures that ended up looking exactly the same or even worse.

So while it's good to be optimistic, history says that what we see in the pics may be in fact be what we get.

You know, other people stating their opinion that does not agree with yours in a calm, non-flaming manner does not qualify as 'bullying." This is a common internet misconception that people seem to be trying to will into becoming truth: "You don't agree with me! STOP BULLYING ME!!" *alligator tears*

Give us all a break.

If you want to buy this thing, then buy it. Its your two hundred bucks. You shouldn't need the unanimous consent of everyone on the Internet to validate your choice.

Because i'm not out to hate it., i only made one comment to that noob who came into this thread solely to talk smack and call it crap

1. I'm not a stickler for accuracy, so the red at the belt line doesn't bother me at all

2. People love to say this figure is amazing and this figure is crap, thus the bandwagoning begins

3. i'm sure these issues will be fixed come production time.

A few days ago people were fine with the figure, a couple of unflattering pics and suddenly the figure is awful. I never said the figure is perfect or didn't need some work, but to call it crap and the worst thing HT has done is bollocks :lecture

This picking apart of figures is tired, if it turns out great buy it, if they F it up don't. Either way you're not losing out. If people like myself wanna be positive, lets us ____ing be positive.

I will tell you like it is.

Well said. I've seen it happen in other threads, fans get chased away so the haters can hate.

It even happend at the beginning of this thread, everything was about the awful pricing, finally they disbursed and this thread was once again for the fans. Now with these pics they're back to put it down.

Can we quit with term 'noob' or 'newb' (or any other variant spelling possibility) as some form of derision or insult, please?

Just as an example, Apone has over 1500 posts and yet you label him a 'noob'. But Aus fan has just 130 posts and you use him as a support to your argument.

I personally have not been active on here for too long either, having 700+ (and heading easily for my first 1000) so to this forum at least, I too am a 'noob'....

But, the truth is that I have been collecting 1/6 figures for well over 11 years, starting with SSC's own James Bond and Buffy figures, so there is no way I am going to tolerate being labelled as a noob by anyone seriously. Nor should anyone else have to either.

It is a purely divisive description.

That was a public service announcement. Now back to our regular scheduled programme...

Nah, there are two. I know it's a prototype and alot of the issues will probably be addressed. They even changed the eyes a bit since the first photos.

Yikes... I really hope they make some much needed adjustments to this figure. If it stays like this, I'll most likely cancel my order.
I'll wait until he's released and we see in hand pics before making a decision though.

one of those i would buy....

Loved the suit in the film, shame HT haven't been able to capture the right look imo

I think that is a good post.

Appreciate that:hi5:

The problem is shouldnt we be able to see a full reveal at CC? I mean we have already seen the photo sets, and these look like a step backwards from that so we are pretty much forced to wait until it is being shipped without even knowing what we will get?

I hate to keep being negative about this but don't like the way they are handling it either.
