Yeah, $190 (also with no free shipping) for a figure that's seeing it's third release and was packaged with very little accessories vs a $250 figure that is all new and has a lot of accessories. People so quickly forget how much new sculpting and tooling costs, especially when you're taking about a figure that is using an old head sculpt vs a figure with a new head sculpt. I'm so sick of people complaining about the prices of things, it's the world we live in, prices go up. If you don't like it say your peace and move along.

Word. And as the quality and details improves so does the costs to manufacture them. Chinese factory workers shouldn't be slaves in my opinion.

I'm talking about the Avengers exculsive Mark VI I got from Sideshow for 190 (correction) back in April

Still, not a fair comparison, as it was a rerelease and had practically no accessories.

I paid 180 not even 3 months ago for the Mark VI exculsive with free shipping. This figure is 70 dollars ( plus shipping) more with a few battle damge parts and a wrose head sculpt. How is that at all fair?

I wish people would complain more about the prices, can't even imagine the Hulk's tag. Some people are so damn weird on here. Sure Ill pay anything.

Are you talking about the Avengers reissued MK6 that came with the MK4 headsculpt? If so, I think that one looks the least like Tony compared to the Mech Test, MKI 2.0, and this Mk7

yes i am this hs sucks and will gladly sell to recoup some of this cost...I think why change the hs if already nailed it ...

Hmm... I may see if i can get my order switched over to a regular version instead of the exclusive. Any idea why the exclusive is a holographic image? I don't recall seeing it in the movies. Are they extremely detailed? I think I have the Mark 1 exclusive ordered so I guess I'll be getting one anyways... lol

I'm just saying, this is the most expensive HT Iron Man we have seen to date and if people are going to account that just due to the demand of the figure, then they're missing the point people like me are trying to make.

I'll always be willing to pay more for a figure if they offer more new things with it but not simply because the demand is higher, they can always make more of the figure and usualy do anyways

It's thier gimmick for iron man so can act like Tony is desigining his marks..These exclusive holo was good for mk 2.0 but now just feels like the toy from my cereal cheesy ...

Because HT needed something to make it exclusive. Just go cancel your exclusive and get the regular. Not worth the $18 in shipping.

The hologram is an odd item to include as I thought it was initially being plugged as an Anicom special item. I'm confused if this SSC PO is a "Toy Fair" EX or a regular release.

The price is high, but from the pattern of price increases from Hot Toys I predicted this would be $250. For once I am not happy that I was right. At some point I would think the market will not be able to bear these increases and Hot Toys would be smart to adjust accordingly. Or else Hot Toys will be in trouble.

This should be $200 or $225 tops. Part of me would want to buy for the sake of completion, and because I know the aftermarket prices are higher which I will never pay, but I have too much ordered for that time frame. This might be the end of HT IM for me.
