I doubt it! Too much going with TDKR opening this weekend. I'd expect to see an Anne Hathaway Catwoman over the MKVII. And I have no interest in her whatsoever.

When Hot Toys makes this, the proportions will be very close to this except the neck will be 3-times longer than it needs to be.

At the rate this is going I doubt we'll see Iron Man until after Catwoman, and Hulk until next year.

I cannot agree with the first part of your statement, but that's down to personal taste anyway so your choice is your choice.

But I personally have been waiting for an AVENGERS movie like this since I was an 8 year old boy (that's some 40-ish years) so I am in for the long term.

Maybe HT have realised that forcing too many figures on people too quickly will have exactly the opposite of the desired effect, so they are going to pace the releases. If the releases are more spaced out, it would give folks with cross-over interests like me (a huge BATMAN fan) a chance to get different figures. They'd still mostly be HT of course so by this plan, HT would lose next to nothing.

It also makes some sense to keep a couple of things back for the Bluray/DVD release, because there will be another peak in interest there and enough time will have passed so that the AVENGERS will be a bit more fresh in peoples minds again.
