Hot Toys - MMS185 - The Avengers: Iron Man MK VII Official Specs & Pics

Starting when I bought my first HT Iron Man figure several years ago, the goal had always been to get a 1/6th scale Avengers team. Its going to be the centerpiece of my collection. It is a lot of figures, however in a short, by HT's standards, amount of time. I sold my entire MOTUC collection and some odds and ends to make it happen. Waiting a year from now for a Mark VII or Hulk is not going to derail me.

I only want one Iron Man. Each time I decide to pick one up, another version appears !!! I am now somewhat sold on the MK6. I'd be obliged if someone who has a few of these would suggest which one they prefer in their collection. I have my mind set on getting Iron Man this week after being discouraged by the news about the MIB III figures.

out of the ones currently out Mk 6 is the best by far (the IM 2 ver, flip up face mask FTW)

No worries I had 4 at one point, down to 2, lol still my fave piece (mk is a very close second-no shoulder guns though)

The die is cast !! Mk VI this week will give me a whole... two Avengers. I want a set of the four majors and I'll be happy. The Hulk shoild be an impressive figure.

Yeah I can't wait to see him, im trying to stay focused on mostly Im stuff, but we'll see how long i can hold out, gotta pick up Fury soon, then its a long wait till VII and hulk, though im really excited for Iron Monger!!!

Really want this too, hoping they'll do a detective ver. though at regular release

Iron Monger is a beast though, Finally a worthy IM villain, lol

The Mk.VI BD has the most posing options other than the Mk.II AU.
But if you're going to have only a couple, at least one of 'em should be the red/gold color scheme.

Thanks for all the advice guys - and you know what they say about a nickel's worth of free advice... especially when you go to the shop to make good on the advice to find... it's sold out

They had the super cool Mk II but that's not Stark, the War Machine and the Mk IV - Decided to wait till I go somewhere else to seek out the Mk VI. In mean time, he offered me Thor for (equiv') $180
