The positive for those who just got on the waitlist, is that it just went up. I was looking at specs for the figuresone minute, refreshed the page, and the waitlist was up in a minute. I posted it was up a minute later. That was at 9:35am. So hopefully, they convert in order and some of you who missed out can get one.

*whistles* Can't believe people are saying they'll trade their War Machine SVs or Iron Mongers for this fig. IMO, it's half the figure those two are regardless of what price it commands on e.Bay. Think people are just going frantic with this because for once the release is limited but the figure itself is not really that cool. Base is actually kinda ugly and cheap looking.

Yeah, I get the aftermarket 'value' and I guess whoever makes the trade can go grab another IM at about the same price as they paid originally. Just for me, this figure doesn't rate next to those two. But I guess I'm biased as those are the only two I've felt I had to have, myself.

Based on the fact the MKII is in the hall of Armour, and the MKV(Looking brand new), Tony has simply made some new copies and put them in there.

dont leave the movie when the credits are shown, there are a small surprise towards the end. Which is awesome !!!!!

CRAP!!!!! had the checking inventory message from last night through this morning. watched a show at 9:30am, then read this thread. JUST NOW got on the waitlist. is there no end to the conspiracy preventing me from owning this figure?????!!!!!!

So what was the total confirmed count in other areas? 800, 600 & 500? That's 1900 so I wouldn't doubt that this is a worldwide total of 3000 again. That would leave 1100 for the states.

I think there will be a good handful of conversions too. I'm sure plenty people jumped in yesterday still undecided about the price and now have a cople of days to think it over.

Damn I was out last night at the NFL draft with a bunch of friends and missed out on this. Oh well, it's just an overpriced toy. At least I saw the Jets get a new QB last night- hello Geno Smith and good-bye Mark (Butt Fumble) Sanchez. The NFL is more important to me in the long run anyway.
