2- although the hot toys licensing forbid sales to regions other than the united states, many international collectors worked around by having a friend's US address added to ship the order to. this seemed OK to sideshow even though....

3- a few weeks later approximately 90 (this may not be accurate) of these went on sale for european collectors only. this allowed some collectors a second purchase opportunity and from what i read, some did get a second one ordered. yet canadian collectors were ignored on both ordering opportunities.

I had to cancel my US addresses order before I could place my Euro order. They system simply didn,t allow me to have two orders.

Belgian shop La Cite Des Nuages claims to get "little less than 100 pieces" next month...
So tomorrow they are going to send a mail to their members (i.e. people who have paid 30 euros/year to get 10% discount) so they can order. But you can only order one per customer.

They don't have a price yet, but I'm guessing it will be a lot more than what Sideshow offered them for.



here's what it said in the mail:

Tomorrow you will receive an email with the link to preorder. This link is available only to our members and is private. If a non-member makes a preorder, it will be automatically canceled.
We will receive a little less than 100pcs. in July approx. (date not confirmed) so be clear there is will obviously not for everyone, for this reason we strictly limit the preorder to 1pc. by account, if you order more than 1pc. the order will be canceled.
Despite this it remains likely that the figure could be sold out very quickly without the opportunity for you to order and if this should be the case, we are sorry in advance

Apparently the Hawkeye they got is one sold to them by a collector.. I know I'll be stalking my mailbox all day tomorrow for the link, willing to go up to 300 euros for the BD, very maybe 350. I am curious about the jack sparrow they have in storage though.. They've been sold out for months but I just see it sitting there every time I go pick up an order Downside of that shop is that they only speak french, only one of their workers understands english and he isn't exactly good at it either..

And don't count on the mail actually going out tomorrow either, 3 weeks ago they said next week, when I PMed them a week ago they said tomorrow.. Now they say tomorrow again.. Makes me even doubt if they really do have any at all...
