So with the avengers promo did it come out as a pre-order first or was it available for sale right away? just remember somebody posted their email they got and remember it saying "in stock now"

I ordered mine when it went up for order around 10am and had a UPS shipping notice for it around 4PM the same day.

This one sounds like it will be shipped later :dunno

Can't believe it sold out that fast :lol

I'm going to kill someone if I get another email from SSC about something that isn't related to this going up for PO.

Ok I have a question for you guys:

If a collector were to get this figure for lets say $250 retail price. And it sells out in a couple of days. And someone missed the chance to get it either because it sold out too quickly or they were in a country where they could not purchase. And would spend lets say $500 for it. Would the collector be in the wrong to sell it to the person who missed out on it for whatever reason at a higher price?

Yes. No joke.

EDIT: Unless the money went toward a noble cause. Nobility trumps everything.

I saw the email at school but didn't open it thinking it was the one for pre order, got all mad figuring it would have sold out by the time I got home, only to find out it was ANOTHER sign up letter:mad:

I fail to see how it's wrong. The person missed out on getting it while someone else got it, tough luck.

If the buyer is willing to pay $500 for it, why would the seller say "NO! I CAN'T LET YOU DO THAT! I'LL SELL IT TO YOU FOR $250! TAKE IT! TAKE IT NOW!"

It's up to each person though on how they view that since some people will see it as being unfair. I personally don't see it that way unless of course the person bought the figure out of just trying to make money out of it.

Everyone has their own ethical compass. Figure that out for yourself.
