From physical objects perspective (MMS185) lacks:
-Helmeted head
-Chitauri base.

(MMS 196) lacks:
-Smiling RDJ full HS,
-2 pair of different clavicle missile (deploy and not) and back flaps
-2 other thigh missiles covers (deploy and not)
-1 Non-BD chest plate.
-1 pair (alternate) of rib covers
-2 Full arm arms with hand laser deployment
-1 pair of Non-BD shoulder guard armor

So BD Mk. VII (movie promo) is just a lesser Mk. VII with a dead Chitauri base...

I have to agree, plus it may be the only version to be able to do the 90 degree replusar wrist position as well. It may be my last plastic (or have they made this Die-Cast too) Ironman instead of the regular MKVII, that is if I can afford it, and manage to PO one.

A great rule of thumb to follow...IMO can entirely change how some thing is communicated. That said this is a hobby for us collectors and a such it should be first and foremost a fun thing to participate in. We all have opinons and ideas about what or how much or when something is which is totally fine but in theme they are all guesses. If some one agrees fine if someone doesn't fine, just take ones comments for what they are that persons cements and not in any way a knock against what you believe.

Alright, thank you for the feedback mikericm. However, I NEVER get annoyed by anyone who posts their thoughts/opinions/feelings/predictions/anything regarding a figure.
