Does anyone of you ever buy anything from AFX?

It's cheap with no tax or deposit. I am thinking about getting this Igor here. Anything good feedback from that site? The good thing is that if in case I want to cancel, I don't have to lose my deposit money.

I was wondering the same thing, has anyone bought from them? Your thoughts???

On another note, sure it had three seconds of screen time but so did most of the armours in IM 3.

What in the world today is 'worth' what you have to pay to have it???

yeah not bad but would probably cost you about the same after all the taxes/fees. Better off getting it from SS or BBTS or AFX, seems they have the best deal right now.

Eh, that stuff never really comes in for me. Then again, Australia is closer to Japan. After shipping for me it would still be slightly cheaper then buying from Big Bad or Sideshow.

Oh well, it was worth a shot.

Did I miss something, or do these guys put the money in their bank account for a month to accrue interest and then give you a refund because they know it won't be out for another year?

After 45 days you lose buyer protection and also you can't leave feedback to the seller.

So I have never ordered from them before. Looks like they are based out of Hawaii. I pre ordered from them. My total with shipping was 491.35.

Has anyone ordered from them before? How fast do they get their shipments after SSC starts shipping?

You guys are located in Hawaii? How long does it take for you to ship stuff from there?
Actually we have 2 shipping centers, with the main one located in Los Angeles, California, and a smaller one located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Most of the orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

If they ship from California, maybe they are drop shipped directly from SSC, therefore it would ship in the Brown shipper.

Please note if you are canceling an order paid with PayPal, then there will be a 10% non refundable deposit.

Question for anyone who has ordered from them in the past:
How is the packing of their items?
Do they ship in the brown shipper, or do they double box like BBTS does.

my worry with a retailer out of my normal would be if you have your preorder for so long, then they don't get the allotment they expected. i know that BBTS will definitely fulfill my order.

yesss! i truly agree with you. eventhough blue makes some accent with the rest of the armor, it surely will come nice in red and gold colour like in the concept.

I know fan boys are gonna bash me but you people actually paying over 500 bucks for this fig are the reason this hobby sucks now. I dont care if this has been said but your a sucker to shell out that kind of money for something that should be around the 300 mark. I cant believe with every passing fig so many people are like" yes! Dont care what it cost ill be a tool and buy it! " ive seen so few of you actually say thats crazy im not paying that. Im all for blowing money on these things but the fact that people are like hey 500 its a raping and unjustified and not worth it but oh well lets do it! Just mind blowing. Nobody get all sensitive and start cursing me out and saying u mad bro and if I dont like it get out the thread. Just saying come on this is prob the most ridic priced figure yet. you guys are really making this hobby go into boycott territory.

There's already enough red and gold suits. I get tired of all the same colors, don't you guys like some variety? I personally hate that they made nightclub red and gold in the film when his concept was black. Kinda ruins his name doesn't it? But to each their own I guess.

it appears the norm for this size scale is around $500. the waters were tested by HT with iron monger and now continue with a slight increase for igor. HT is now dealing with the middle echelon collector. the cost is greater and it takes longer to sell out...but it will sell out. igor stabilizing the shipping structure was a very cool scene in the movie and i think he's the best new armor introduced. to each his own.

Just don't feed them Vegas, let them be. It must suck not being able to afford this. I've been in that situation, and I'm sure most people had or will at some point.
