yes, the actual hook, you are right -- but I meant the belt with the unique thingy on back (you know, TK-422).
I think he meant that the backpacks are somewhat made up (they didn't have retro jets) and also the gun is made up. Not the actual Stormtrooper with spacepack. I can't see how anyone would miss those guys.
Arrived today. A great week with Ex Han & Chewie yesterday, Space Rrooper today and Kenobi tomorrow. Going away for long weekend so no time to open and play until Sunday night

I got mine yesterday, if only I had gotten two..
I figured I should take a few nice pictures for the forum but there is no daylight left when I get home from work now and I didn't have time to do a whole setup. So I skipped that idea and shot a few pretty bad ones with the mobile camera instead.
For anyone still thinking of getting a chest/back armor and displaying as a regular trooper you might as well get a new helmet. Probably not that easy to do a clean break and possibly glue it back if you change your mind later. A Spacetrooper is cooler anyway so..
Curiously this trooper seems taller than the HT tall Stormtrooper, I'm sure that my beaten down still original Marmit was taller than both stormies in the 2-pack, but now I'm thinking I might not have pushed the helmet down far enough.

Wow that's good to know. I've been under the assumption that the tube went into the chest. Probably best to leave this one as a spacetrooper as the price of a helmet and chest piece, plus the hassle of switching the chest parts doesn't make this one worth it as a two-in-one figure.
As far as the helmet goes, my guess is they used the short trooper helmet which has a longer adapter inside with the tall trooper peg to accommodate the tube and maintain range of motion. This makes the trooper taller and have a bit of a neck. I did this for one of my tall troopers to give me a third height trooper and it's actually my favorite one.
Or maybe you just didn't push down hard enough.

So what happens if you currently have a Spacetrooper on PO and you decide to try to purchase a second one if Sideshow has it listed as one per customer? Will they cancel one of them?
You have to get a friend to order it for you. Won't allow two I think. These probably would've sold out by now otherwise.

Guys, don't worry, a lot of Bothan spies did die from what I understand. I think Mon Mothma killed them herself.
Somehow this guy on eBay removed the hoses--only one I see parted out like this--can't tell if was just snapped off. Seems to be a white mark where it connected, maybe it's a small plug.
I'm tempted to preorder the Spacetrooper. I really like the accessories, especially the gun. I'm also tempted by the Sandtrooper, but I can't afford both of them. Both have a great look. The Sandtrooper is more iconic, but the Spacetrooper is kind of cooler in my opinion but I'm also not 100% sure on how I feel about which I like more.
I ordered a Hot Toys Stormtrooper single pack over a month ago from a website that claimed they'd have them by September 30th. I still haven't received a shipping update, and when I asked them about it they said it would be delayed but I wasn't given a time frame. I'm almost wishing now I hadn't ordered it and just used that money for a Spacetrooper or a Sandtrooper from Sideshow's website. I'm not really sure what to do about the figure. I don't know if I should wait it out or try to get my money back. When I told them I was worried they wouldn't get the figure since it was released a while back and sold out at places, they told me to not worry.

I would be surprised if you will end up getting one as the supply has pretty much dried up, unless HT has committed to another production run but I haven't heard anything. Did you pay through PayPal? If so I'd give it a little longer since you have buyer protection. But I wouldn't get my hopes up as the figure is generally considered sold out. Unless they have a source from somewhere that's been heavily delayed or something, as nowhere else seems to be getting more.
