Nothing mentioned about a removable backpack.. Was kinda hoping it could come off since I only want one Stormie and haven't ordered the regular guy yet. Somebody smack me for saying this, but I'm surprised its only $20 more... Its such a bargain for extra special celebration limited edition exclusive with cool backpack gun and stand..... A bargain compared to the usual $50+ for the extra special limited edition exclusive... Hot Toys playing mind games...

You can order one of these regular chest armor pieces and swap it out. But I'm wondering if the helmet has a special attachment for the tubing. And I agree it's a nice price. I thought $229 was likely since it has more stuff than the shadow trooper.
