I was going to use points and get this free, but since it's a year off, I'll just pay for it. I'll probably use the points on Spider-Man and maybe an Iron Legion.
As far as the colors go, (red and gold) the red is the only painted part of Iron Man. If he is still using the same material from the first movie, (gold titanium alloy from the satellites) then the red and gold theme will remain constant. (with some specialized variances)

I think this is easily my favorite design since the Mark III. Too many of the others just got too bulky or too crazy with the color patterns for my taste. But this has a much sleeker and simpler look to it.

I am thinking of using a bunch points that i will have at the end of the year but not 100% sure yet. No rush to PO with it not shipping for a VERY long time.

It's "only" $345, eh? Sad to say but I'm actually pleasantly surprised by the price.

It looks like a hybrid of the XLIII and the XLV. It's a pass for me but it's still nice to see that the PO's up.

Sweet! This is definitely a good choice for your first Iron Man. The great design and full Tony head sculpt make it a top contender. Just expect it to be expensive.

I think I'll probably get this as well, I don't have any of the Marvel HT's fig this might be my first.

I haven't read back through each post yet, but I'm in a real pickle now. I preordered XLV from Pop Cultcha to take advantage of the glitch they had a while back because I love the look of the XLV but I'm loving the look of this guy too and it comes with a new TS HS. Ahhh anyone know PC's cancellation policy? Haha it's just a bummer that they had to make them die cast otherwise they'd be plenty more affordable.

They give you store credit only if you cancel a pre-order.

Do they require a deposit or pay in advance. If not, I think you shouldn't have any problems

I will definitely be getting this. They took all of the best aspects of previous Iron Man armors and mixed them in with what works best on the Mark 45 armor and came up with this. While I like the 45, it has too much of an organic look, while this one balances that aesthetic much better. If they make a 1/4 scale of this , it should be just as good as the Mark 43. This might be my favorite suit design since the Mark 7.

I do this for all HT. It's so rare to have a true exclusive nowadays. (I grabbed that SW as soon as she went up lol) but BBTS is amazing with no NRD for regular HT figures gives us collectors time to decide if or when something better comes out by the time this releases.

Yeah and you reward BBTS "amazing" policy by ordering and cancelling. Only matter of time before they put NRD on these figures and the people like you who caused it will be the biggest complainers.

Like all things change and policies come to an end. I'm NOT a complainer, you don't know me dude! I'm just a consumer who WILL utilize my options to make the best decisions for myself. If or when they change their policies It will not stop me from collecting.
