Slightly off topic here, I just found it funny that after Mark 41, Tony went back to just Red, Gold and Silver as the colors of his armor and none other...

Maybe, I was wondering that myself, it's hard to tell on the blurred photos (it doesn't look like it) but what I did wonder is whether they may do a suited Tony with a compatible head to the Mk46 one having a black eye and the other from before that.

I hope so. I think we all need a Tony sculpt with s shiner.

Slightly off topic here, I just found it funny that after Mark 41, Tony went back to just Red, Gold and Silver as the colors of his armor and none other...

He realised nothing beats the classics

Still have yet to own a Hot Toys RDJ Iron Man. Just haven't seen one that's motivated me. Needless to say....It has landed. Immediately PO'd! Lol.

I still can't get myself to like the streamlined "sexy" suits he has now. I know I am in the minority but I prefer the look of the early suits. I have I and diecast III which are enough for me but I really hope they revisit at least the IV or VI in diecast. Even though I don't like them as much I do see the appeal to these new suits so congrats to all getting them!

I'm happy he comes with a dynamic stand, I have a great idea of how to pose him with Cap and Panther all fighting each other.

Yeah, that's the deal with most of these Marvel ones because of the high number of characters/figures they need to produce and the speed at which the films are getting pushed out, you probably won't get the figures til several months or a year later.

I wanted to plan a heist of Secret base, but I need at least 3 but I didn't want to go through with it because its just going to end in a standoff to see who gets the one figure

I was trying to decide between this and the 45 but with the 46 not due out until next summer I will get both. I probably will not even PO this one until end of this year and save up some points to pay for most if not all of it.

Pre-ordered instantly. The first and only Iron Man figure I will ever get (not counting Mechanic Tony Stark). Been waiting for Civil War to happen ever since the first Iron Man film came out and I've always skipped every single figure of him. I honestly don't see him getting as good of a characterization as he probably will in this film in the future, so I'd rather get one now than wait for Infinity War.

As much as the wait sucks, it'll pass. I just updated my payment info with the 45 coming soon and realized that it'll be a year since I went ahead and preordered back in May. The 45 still isn't here but it's just around the corner! Just think, we'll be looking at the Mk47 in Infinity War trailers as the release date for the 46 closes in!

Everything between 7 and 42 were just Tony dealing with the fallout of the events of the Avengers movie and Tony having a bit of a breakdown... so I almost don't see them as being much different to Iron Legion, even though Tony did briefly wear a couple in the final battle of IM3... So no, I'm not suprised. Iron Man really is Red, Gold, Silver to me..
