This whole leg flap talk is comical, but in all seriousness does it bug anyone else that the proportions for this Iron Man is shorter than War Machine Mk III?

In the movie they are both the same exact height, yet War Machine Mk III is taller than Iron Man XLVI!!!

Why Hot Toys?! WHY?!?!?!?! :gah:

I wouldn't let what's been said put you off buying this. Remember, it's a figure and it's not gonna be 100% accurate to the movie. That said, it's an incredible piece and the proportions are probably the best I've seen on an Iron Man figure.

Absolutely beautiful! I'm so excited for this, these few weeks are takening FOREVER.

As for the size, the difference doesn't bother me at all.

Now I also can't wait to display the 6+1, 45+2, and 46+3 all together.

Also my plan, I just need the 6 to have a nice duo setup. I sold my 42 and Patriot though, as much as I like the 42.

Great pictures as always Yoshi!

These figures are always divisive, none moreso than Iron Man. Mine comes in a few weeks and no amount of complaining is putting me off!

Yeah, I'm complaining, but that doesn't mean I'm not getting him! :lol

My god, this figure looks fantastic. Great pictures!

Damn that's a fantastic figure! I loved the movie and I think the place it edges out 45 is the simple fact that this will always be the more memorable / sentimental armor and to add to that amazing screen time!

It is an exceptional looking figure. I am very happy I decided to purchase it. The "Final Product" photos swayed me big time. Funny because I never was impressed by the film suit but the 46 as a figure really is the best IM imho. Complex, the colours are exceptional and it all blends well together.

I've complained plenty about the gold used for this figure, but I'm still super psyched for it. Even if the sheen isn't totally accurate it's still absolutely gorgeous.

Yeah, I love the 42 lol. For as long as I've been collecting I've never sold anything I've bought. I've only ever traded once (and that wasn't a 1/6 figure)

Anyways, I really want the updated exclusive 42 but just not enough to spend the money on it. Plus I'm hoping at some point down the road we get a proper redo of the 42. It really needs a nice weathered paint job. It would seriously help and battle damaged parts they'd include.

It's comical because you declare it comical? You do realize that just because you disagrees with someone's point of view it does not make it invalid Right? Just like the 45 with the shoulder gap. Some people had no problems with it but others did.

There's a shoulder gap on the MK 45?
