The poseable fingers on the mechanical right arm are incredible, it is an amazingly made piece, I’m surprised they didn’t do this on the older Jedi Luke version. And don’t worry, I’m not that immature or childish to post what I know everyone thinks someone’s gonna post ...

It is! It would be cool if one of them were to make a custom robe but who knows though. It would be cool if Hot Toys just made a longer robe for an eventual ROTS Obi Wan and you could just swap them

Still a great figure though from the looks of it. Got my PO in from Sideshow.

Obi's robe is a lighter brown though, won't be right for Anakin's darker robe.

Yeah you’re right, it’s A LOT lighter. Chalk it up to one of Hot Toys inaccuracies then. IE Robocops coloring, etc

Obi-Wan's RotS robe would indeed be too light. His ANH robe is still slightly lighter than Anakin's, but darker than his RotS robe.

Sculpt actually looks really good in that pic... can't wait to get mine. How hard is the tabard to work with? Does the wire help or is it more annoying? I do wish the bottom of the tabard had wire.

Great review. This figure looks spectacular and I go back to my initial conviction that the sculpt looks like it didn't lose very much in quality from proto to production. Looks the same to me. Feel much better about this figure (after some of the photos that were popping up) and can't wait to receive him. 50% of the only PT figures I'd get (RotS Kenobi being the other).
