I hope they change the neck, but I doubt they will. HT makes the strangest choices sometimes with this sort of thing. Why not just have a sculpted neck?

But then again, they didn't do it the way it should have been done (neck sculpted to body, not head)...

There's really no reason for this figure to not have a sculpted neck.

This is a cool figure to own and the others will be awsome if this is anything to go by.
Elias will be tempting for me to recreate the famous scene,but then you have to get the other 2, hot toys=bast*rds

AMAZING sculpt and figure...I must for me since I love the movie Platoon...I hope they make Elias, Barnes, King and O'Neill...Besides, Im passing on all those other HT figures (ie. Predators, Bruce Lee, Clash and Persia)...

But I still want my Reeve Superman Hot Toys...Where is it?!

i like how they did the alternative hair for the helmet. ss should have done this for the indy figure. i think it would have looked so much better

I AM GETTING THIS ONE!!!! I do hope they make BARNES and ELIAS. The Hair pieces are such a good idea. I do hope with the price point HOT TOYS includes a correct 16 M16A1. If anyone notices in the pics, the carrying handle on the weapon appears to be mounted on a tac-rail. THOSE WERE NOT AROUND BACK THEN.
Hate to nit-pick, but if I'm throwing out almost 170.00, I want movie correct details.
