If they are going to wear their swim pants, then the brown waders should at least look water-proof.
Your argument makes no sense at all.
For anyone that's confused I have a few free minutes to read a wiki page on Tanks if it will help you understand why it makes no sense for these guys to have leg armor.
Both the Snow and Scout troopers did not have thigh armor, I really don't get the hate for this. If you just don't like the design, that's cool, but not liking it because it doesn't have thigh armor is a head scratcher to me.

I've read a wiki page on reality and it'll make you understand that it makes no sense to have force powers.
I just can't get past the pants They look like cos-players who just didn't finish. "Oh crap, we gotta get in line for Hall H! Screw it, we don't need the leg armor!" "wait these are the wrong boots." "Forget the boots, lets go!" " okay if we act casual, everyone will think we dressed like this on purpose." ....
I love the look of these Troopers.
I went ahead and PO'd simply because the looks of the Shoretroopers won me over.
First star wars figure for me. Ordered just on the strength of the design. I'm a real sucker for dirty armored troopers. Would strongly consider buying any of the others if HT releases them.
Can't say i felt like they stood out in the movie but they did have their share of action.
