Soo woke up early to see if I can snag one early......:mad: and guess what the result was!!!
Chatted with SSC Agall, and At first they said no, im sorry that has not come in yet (stealth mode) Then I asked as politely as I could "are you sure, I have heard several people receiving emails on early arrivals?" what seemed like 10 mins later I get a response that she "double checked" (apparently you have to be specific that you want accurate info) and that there was shipment that arrived and that if I didnt get an email that there was nothing she can do. At this point she didnt say that there were no more available she just said that she cant do it, then I asked if this is new policy and she said yes (i had informed her that I have done an early payoff without an email before) then she goes on to say "dont worry there will be more this month" (now its not that its new policy its now that they have no more) to which I responded "well it doesnt matter because according to your policy I still have to wait if I dont get an email, 2 min pause and she responds " you should receive an email for early payoff. Just to note I generally opt for a 2 mnth flex because ....well at least they use to ship earlier than those that paid a 1 pay, or at least thats how it seemed when I would go here. So I know im being a pansy since it is only one more month, but it drives me nuts how they just talk out of there a** sometimes. Im assuming this is not a huge place, everytime I chat I think there has been only 2 maybe 3 different chat names, so how she could not have been involved or heard of the stealth coming out? thats bull poopie, then dont say its policy not to do early payoffs when i have done it before and I know someone is going to post after this post and say they were able to get an early payoff....and who ever you are DIE!!!lol but anyways just felt like venting.:angrycanu

No I get it, but really im just an A**. Because I didnt hear what I wanted to hear. Had she said sorry your out of luck, its random, first come first serve you have to wait. I would have been good. But the fact that in my mind she was just trying to B.S. me is what gets me. I have been losing my interest in collecting, have sold most of my figs, which wasnt that many. I have just a few on PO, so its not just getting the fig.

As far as getting bs from the rep I've gotten that too. I did live chat and said I had a question about one of my orders and the person IM back saying it'll be 3-5 weeks. Didn't even tell them what the figure was :lol
 
Im fairly certain the reps have no idea what they're talking about half the time. I say just take whatever they say with a grain of salt and move on.

I can't imagine them knowing every detail on hundred of stock
 
If you log into your account and look at your order - there was a button that said you can get your figure early, just needed to click on the button

lol, ahhh man.... that would have drove me ape ***** crazy!!! but damn **** is funny as hell though. Yea, but to be honest I love the waiting for it, trying to get it faster, love to cry of why its not here yet, and all that good stuff. Once I get it, its like :sleep
 
They don't know much. Kathy used to be great on chat and phone but I don't think she's there anymore. She was really patient and helpful and would have some idea about when things were coming in. Now I think most reps glance at the web site for answers. I asked about BD Robo yesterday and all the rep said was 'looks like July.' Doesn't bother me really but just don't expect help from them on release dates. I don't think the dock situation helps them much either.

yea i tried all of that, logged off, logged on, clicked the item, clicked off the item and repeat....nothing. And I PO'd the second I received the email. But Im cool now, just needed to vent. I can wait.
 
Ohhh and another thing that drives me crazy. You spend a few min when you open the chat, and you try and be as precise as possible with what you want to ask and include the order # then min later SSC: Hello Me: Hi SSC: "what can I help you with today?" :gah: lol
 
I just received my early processing email too but after preordering Tank yesterday, Shotgun coming up soon and PCS HeMan/Battlecat on Monday I'm going to stay on my Flex schedule
