I know people are getting pissed just because they aren't getting it first. Hey I say if you were able to get an order in before it went to wait list, relax at least you were able to get one. There are hundreds of people who didnt get it, or are currently on the wait list, would be happy to wait a extra week or so just to get it.

They wouldn't do anything like that. This is a Movie Promo with only so many being made. Hot Toys already promised SSC a certain number of units, and Hot Toys wouldn't screw a distributor like that.

They had 1500 available for sale and they sold out. That's 1500 in addition to what they already soldout in the western markets at the pervious shows. This is where they revealed Tank who had a run of only 1000. You can find that on the same site. So like I said earlier maybe they held some back and didn't send all the initial stock to Sideshow. They held some for this and are manufacturing a second run to fill Sideshows allotment. They never disclose how many they make so they very well could make more to fill demand like I said earlier. Nobody will cancel this guy if they have to wait. Sideshow isn't gonna care. That's why maybe not everyone is getting one yet. Hot Toys makes full pop when they sell them for full retail direct unlike a discount to a distributor like Sideshow. That's business.

I know, they process the orders not on flex first. I mean the people on flex like me have already paid them $100-200 for the item, they should get first priority since we have already given them money.

I get that line of thinking, but given ssc doesn't charge anything for flex and it isn't something they need to offer how they handle filling orders is totally up to them.

Is it also possible that these figures are in two (or more) different shipping containers? The dock situation has created a giant backlog, right? So it could be the case that just one of the containers with this figure has been processed while another one is still in a queue somewhere.
