Yeah...I may cancel....
I have to agree with you, the blueish promo shots look so much better. It's still a cool figure though.
Cancel? I'd hold out until in hand pics show up and even then I'd keep to flip or trade
I spose. But I'd rather cancel and make someone's day on the waitlist but that is only if I do cancel

You do realize that the lighting at the show is pretty crappy, giving the mark vii stealth a dull look. Also I bet the type of camera used doesn't help either. I will not be cancelling this and losing my NRD, I want this!
Guys heres another footage with nice close ups at the exhibition. Thats classy
Don't cancel because there are some bad pics from poor lighting a a bad camera used.
I wasn't planning on it. When all the in hand stuff comes out, thats when I'll decide
Hot toys New Super Secret multilayered paint scheme that cost $100 do pull off.... - Black
All sarcasm aside, I'm betting a lot of people who have this pre-ordered, including me, can see this statement as a summarization of their current feelings about this figure. When I saw this on SSC's site last week, I overlooked the price because the paint job looked absolutely out of this world. I get that the current crop of videos and pictures may not be doing this figure justice, but it looks NOTHING like the SSC promo shots, at least to me. I see very little translucency and for the most part see a flat(ish) black paint job that is no more or less impressive than what I've seen on other 1/6 IM figures (full disclosure: I'm relatively new to collecting these and have not seen as many as some of you have, I'm sure).Hot toys New Super Secret multilayered paint scheme that cost $100 do pull off.... - Black

I am not cancelling my PO and will reserve final judgment until it's released, but my idea of this being maybe the most impressive paint app ever is seriously in question, at this point. I really hope the differences I'm seeing are in fact due to the photographic environment.
